This privacy policy applies to the visitors, users, and clients of all of the group websites of KTM Developers Pvt. Ltd., except otherwise explicitly mentioned by KTM Developers. How do we use the information that we collect?

Payment Information

Your confidential financial information, including credit card details, is not stored on any of our servers and is securely transferred to our payment partners, as mentioned above under ‘Information you give us’, to process the charge, except for your name, email, phone number, and other relevant contact details. We use your contact details to send you invoice receipts, reminders, and other related transactional emails.

Your data is safe with us

None of the information that we collect is sold to any 3rd party organization not part of the KTM Developers group and/or sister concerns, subsidiaries. We may, however, share your information with our sister concerns, subsidiary companies, and affiliates.

Sharing with third parties

All third parties are engaged under contract and obliged to meet appropriate security requirements and comply with all applicable legislation.

Who do we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long do we retain your data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
